With just 48 hours into the new year, one of the 50 prophesies given by Apostle Johnson Suleman, President of the Omega Fire Ministry may have been fulfilled.
Recall that Suleman had, in a statement signed by his Advisor (Public Communications), Phrank Shaibu, made 50 breadth taking predictions which, he said, are likely to come to pass this year.
The 45th prophecy was "Nollywood to pray. They will get help but will lose two major people.
"The Yoruba movie industry too but prayer can avert it".
With barely 48 hours to 2017, a veteran Nollywood,Toyin Majekodunmi, aka Iya Kike had reportedly died.
The actress died on Monday, January 2nd. The cause of her death, as shared by her colleague, Bimbo Success, is yet to be ascertained.
He death is coming about two months after the movie industry lost another veteran, Kudirat Ajimati who died on Monday, November 14, 2016 in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
This death is likely to send fear and suspense down the spine of many major players in the Nollywood industry as the question of who is next may become recurrent.
